Synopsis
Le 2 octobre 2002 marque le début de 23 jours de terreur dans la capitale américaine. Un sniper anonyme fait régner ma peur sur Washington en abattant des habitant quels que soient leur âge, leur race, ou leur sexe. La ville toute entière se retrouve paralysée par la menace de cet homme pouvant tirer n’importe où, n’importe quand.
