Synopsis
1595 : la guerre russo-finlandaise vient de se terminer. Deux frères finlandais font partie d'une commission qui a pour but de délimiter de nouvelles frontières. En chemin, ils sont responsables de la mort atroce d'une jeune russe. Un des frères, rongé par le remords, est hanté par le fantôme de la jeune fille. La commission décide de faire une halte dans un village situé dans un marais.
