Synopsis
Sakuta Azusagawa, élève de 1ère, habite Fujisawa, une ville où resplendissent ciel et mer. Il vit un quotidien palpitant avec sa petite amie Mai Sakurajima, jusqu'au jour où débarque son premier amour, Shôko Makinohara, en qui cohabitent en fait deux personnes : une adulte et une collégienne. Sakuta, contraint d'héberger Shôko qui se joue de lui, voit ses relations avec Mai devenir de plus en plus tendues. Mais il se trouve que Shôko la collégienne souffre d’une grave maladie. La cicatrice de Sakuta recommence à le lancer...
