Synopsis
Un criminel bien sous tous rapports, surnommé le "Picasso trigger", offre à la ville un tableau d'une valeur de trois millions de dollars. A la sortie de cette grande réception, le généreux donateur est froidement abattu. Suite à cet horrible crime, les amis du "Picasso trigger" se mettent en tête d'éliminer tous les agents fédéraux liés à l'assassinat...
